I joined Weight Watchers on May 2nd at 209.8 lbs. It's now May 16th and I am down to 204.8. That's 5 lbs gone!! WOOHOO!!! 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm averaging 2.5 lbs per week and I am quite happy with that. I can't ask for much more than that. 2.5 lbs is just about perfect! I want to lose weight slowly so that I am more likely to keep it off. I'm very excited and Weight Watchers has been super easy!! Since starting my journey and this blog, here are my stats:
Starting weight: 214 lbs
Current weight: 204 lbs
Goal weight: 170 lbs
