I hit 199.8 this morning! I am finally in "one-derland!!" What an awesome feeling this is! I am so darn proud of myself for finally sticking to something. And I haven't even really been exercising all that much. Not like I was before. It's true what they say...weight loss is 90% nutrition & 10% exercise. I believe that now. Before I had this idea that if I exercised a ton, I could eat whatever I wanted. No wonder I never lost weight. I am so darn proud right now! Only 29 more lbs to go to reach my goal!! If I keep up this rate of weight loss (at least 2 lbs per week), I could be at about 180 by the time we leave for Florida. I love Weight Watchers. I'm so glad I've found a plan that works for me!
