My reasons for wanting to lose weight:
- Lower blood pressure
- Lower risk for diabetes
- Lower risk for heart disease
- Look good
- Feel good about myself
- Be able to wear clothes that I like
- Not have to worry about my fat roll sticking out when I sit down
- Not be the heaviest of my friends
- Not have to be worried about "weight limits" on things (trampoline, stools, etc.)
- Improve my sex life
- Not have to keep making that dreaded New Year's resolution to lose weight
- Be a role model for my kids
- Help inspire others
- Not be embarrassed at the pool/beach
- Decrease weight on joints
- Not be embarrassed about my size when I buy clothes
- Weigh less than I have in my entire adult life
- Feel confident in lingerie
- Not have to lie about my weight
- Live a longer, happier life
