My reasons for wanting to lose weight:

  • Lower blood pressure
  • Lower risk for diabetes
  • Lower risk for heart disease
  • Look good
  • Feel good about myself
  • Be able to wear clothes that I like
  • Not have to worry about my fat roll sticking out when I sit down
  • Not be the heaviest of my friends
  • Not have to be worried about "weight limits" on things (trampoline, stools, etc.)
  • Improve my sex life
  • Not have to keep making that dreaded New Year's resolution to lose weight
  • Be a role model for my kids
  • Help inspire others
  • Not be embarrassed at the pool/beach
  • Decrease weight on joints
  • Not be embarrassed about my size when I buy clothes
  • Weigh less than I have in my entire adult life
  • Feel confident in lingerie
  • Not have to lie about my weight
  • Live a longer, happier life
