So, I bought myself The Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD from Ebay just now. I'm hoping to add it in at least 3 days a week to my walking program. I have a bum knee, so I'm hoping that it's not too hard on my knees like The 30 Day Shred was.

I also did a quick weigh-in with clothes on and middle of the day, of course, but the scale said: 211.8 lbs. Honestly, I am surprised. A happy surprise! Thought I would weigh more with all the eating I've done lately. Guess all the house work I'm doing is paying off! Yay!
