I hate not getting time to work out. I really do despise it. I feel sooo much more confident in myself when I'm working out and eating right. It's been so long since I worked out. I think the last time I did so was last Monday. So it's been 8 days. I am feeling it. I am going to get my big butt on that treadmill tonight, if it kills me! I hate to exercise and feel like it's a waste of time when doing so, but I miss it when I don't do it and I feel so unhealthy. I feel bloated and way more self concious. So, when my hubby gets home from work today, I'll head down to the dungeon to lift some weights and do my cardio.
