195.6 lbs today on my official weigh-in day! WOOT!! ;o) I have no lost a total of 14.2 lbs in 6 wks on Weight Watchers. I've lost a total of 18.4 lbs just since starting this battle in December. I can't get over how dramatically my eating habits have changed. I'm eating so much healthier now. No more going to Olive Garden and stuffing myself full of pasta and then going to Dairy Queen for dessert. I still do allow myself to have treats, but now I budget for them and eat lighter/healthier at the rest of my meal/snack times. Weight Watchers is telling me that I am losing weight too fast. My average is 2.4 lbs per week. To me, that seems like a healthy amount, although they only want you losing 1-2 lbs per week. Well, honestly, they probably want that so that you'll stick with it longer which means more money for them. I am happy that I am dropping so much weight. It's not like it's 10 lbs per week or something crazy like that! It's 2.4 lbs. Will that 0.4 lbs really make a difference? I guess we shall see.
